The service

ReelPilot uses AI to write, voice, illustrate and render short videos from themes you provide. You can download the videos, and once available, have them posted to accounts you connect.

Your account

You must be at least 18, give a real email address, and keep your password safe. One person per account.

What you may not create

Sexual content, hate or harassment, violence or self-harm promotion, scams or financial promises, misinformation about elections, health or public safety, content that impersonates real people, and content using characters, music or brands you don't have rights to.

We screen themes and scripts automatically and may refuse, remove or stop any video or account that breaks these rules, without refund.

Ownership

Subject to these terms and the AI providers' terms, you own the videos you generate and may use them commercially. You are responsible for how and where you publish them.

AI content and results

Videos are generated by AI and can contain mistakes. Review each video before publishing. Platforms such as YouTube, TikTok and Instagram set their own rules on AI and reused content and may label, limit or demonetize it. We do not promise views, followers or income.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled from Settings. In India you pay in rupees through Razorpay; elsewhere in US dollars through Stripe. Video allowances reset on a rolling 7-day basis and do not roll over. Failed videos don't count against your allowance. Payments are non-refundable; see the Refund Policy.

Availability and liability

ReelPilot is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.

Changes

We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes by email or in the app.
